When Bliquy entered the Sprunki universe by following Glitch through the portal, he disguised himself as another bear-character with an eyepatch, since he can generate another eye. His Horror form is a reveal to what his true intentions are, to cause chaos, so he shifted horns, and powered-up to have a wide grin.
