(Click the BG to change music, you can also hit space) More Concepts YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY- *Cough* okay ANYWAY- Basically a while back I saw @-PikaRaphii- make a Last Breath phase 2 PR-25 and then i was like "Okay let me put a spin on it" Some time later, after forgetting about it too and BAM now this exists- LB Praskio: Story: Basically the same as the cannon version expect this one ends up meeting gaster (or someone else, this can be changed) and shows him visions of timelines of where the Dark Empire was victorious, not wanting that to happen in his own timeline he accepts this mysterious person's help and learns some new tricks Check Info: "Praskio, Leader of the Pokevestigators and a strong defender of the scratchverse Something is off about him, keep your guard up" Phase 2: Praskio, he's giving it his all, his electricity is becoming more violent as well, even so, he can't keep this up forever, strike him down =) (Phase 3 is survival and doesn't allows for using the "check" option) "Praskio? A N E L E C T R I F Y I N G E N C O U N T E R" Special abilities: Praskio has new a new type of magic based on the pokemon part of himself and his attacks can now have electricity applied to them, when hit by these it applies a paralysis effect that slows down the human soul for a set period of time, similar to a move Ceroba has but doesn't completely stop the soul, however it lasts for a decent amount of time, in the later phases it will also deal extra damage (These attacks are shown in yellow, they don't apply karma damage) Praskio can also use both blue and orange attacks, same as LB sans
