● Lights Out - A challenging game Starting this game presents you with a 5x5 grid off on and off lights. It is your goal from this stage to turn every light off in the fewest amount of time. Pressing a light changes its state (an on light turns off and an off light turns on) and the state of its adjacent neighbours (The light above it, the two beside it and the one below it. No diagonals) ● The guide to solving the puzzle This puzzle is quite counterintuitive and challenging but has a pretty basic solution. Start at the top row and for all the lights in the top row that are on press the one directly under it. (If a light is on in that row press the one under it) This gets all the top row lights to be off. Continue this until you are left with the bottom row. Once you get to the bottom row. Check the status of these lights and perform the following operations. - If the 1st light in bottom row is on turn on the 4th light and 5th light in the top row. -If the 2nd light in bottom row is on turn on the 2nd light and 5th light in the top row. -If the 3rd light in bottom row is on turn on the 4th light. Note- If both the 1st and 2nd light is on press 4th and 5th in top row and then press 2nd and 5th light in top row. Basically the instructions overlap. Now after the last row procedure. Again make your way downwards by solving the top row and so on. Just like magic your puzzle is now solved. ● Features Starting the game presents you with a menu. Click play to start which immediately starts the timer. Click instructions to know how to play. Click s key for a solution. (May not be the most efficient).
