…so you see I got a bit excited Previous MAP hosts, if I have participated in your MAP and took 3 months to get it done…I am so, so sorry :') But I see In Stars in Time My brain go "one more MAP part? sure sure one more MAP part" and I get it done, not even a WEEK after I received it X'D and hyper focus GRIPPED ME ON THE NECK and it was 12:10 am on May 16 and I was working on the MAP part, and I was thinking "ooh could I get it done tonight? Nahhh I won't get it done tonight" …I got it done that night I THINK THIS IS HONESTLY A RECORD FOR GETTING A MAP PART AND BUSTING OUT A FULLY POLISHED AND GOOD LOOKING MAP PART IN A L O N G T I M E 2 DAYS I THINK WAS MY RECORD I DID THIS IN 3 WHAT THE HECK P O S S E S S E D M E …I guess In Stars In Time did *cough* ANYWAYS I finally learned my lesson this semester on procrastinating, and this time ACTUALLY started right after I got the part. And whaddya know, everything else came together pretty easily because of the ideas I had hahah I hope you like it lol- I hope I conveyed what the script wanted correctly :") I mean one of the challenges I knew I was going to face was how to convey that Loop was talking to Siffrin and "lip syncing" when they don't have a mouth. X'D and also to have it still be coherent, even though I made it a pretty fast paced MAP part- oops UGH I should really make more fanart of this game IT'S SO GOOD IF NOTHING ELSE HAS CONVINCED YOU TO PLAY THIS GAME OR WATCH A PLAYTHROUGH LET THIS BE YOUR SIGN JUST DO IT (it does get dark though I'll prewarn you) I kid you not I fell in love with this game JUST by my friend talking about the characters and then she SHOWED ME THE DESIGNS AND IMMEDIATELY I WAS HOOKED like it is crazy how just the designs themselves got me attached to the characters lol like that is really hard to do THAT IS HOW GOOD THIS GAME IS SO YEAH GO WATCH A PLAYTHROUGH OF THE GAME (I recommend Jello's playthrough) OR PLAY IT YOURSELF :DDD okay anyways For some reason when I was making this MAP part, I animated Siffrin looking up and it- did not turn out good? At all? And then I tried again and IT STILL WAS TRASH? I don't know why but I couldn't animate lol. I finally got it right though- maybe it was because I was trying to add in some "drag and follow through" lol And oh my gosh I literally fricking lost it when I was animating Loop never again will I animate that guy ever AND I DIDN'T EVEN INCLUDE THEIR STARS 'CAUSE THERE AIN'T NO WAY I'M GONNA BE ADDING IN THE STARS AND KEEPING THEM CONSISTENT THE WHOLE TIME FRICK NO OR THEIR SPIKY SKIN THINGS OR THE GRADIENT DETAILS OR A N Y T H I NG AND IT S T I L L KILLED ME U G H well it's done now lol I always forget Siffrin's eyepatch EVERY SINGLE FRICKIN TIME LKJFDGHLJKDFH BUT ANYWAYSSS- I hope you like it, I had fun with it, and I'm so glad I got to finally animate something I do actually genuinely like and have it turn out good X'D I also adjusted some of the values on Siffrin because it felt so wrong to be drawing him all in white- hope that's alright lol OKAY OKAY I'LL STOP TALKING NOW I think it's because it's 12:43 am as I'm writing this and I'm getting tired lol w-WHATEVER JUST ENJOY THE MAP PART OKAY bye Credits: Art: me Coding: me Characters: Siffrin and Loop - from the game In Stars and Time, created by insertdisc5 Program: Scratch because I can't animate on adobe animate fluently yet lol Song: I Must Apologize - Pinkpantheress
