All coded by warpedcat2. Basically he made an animation engine that's easy. Change X and Change Y blocks for head movement, making the body not move, with heads already made ( by @crankylol ) that have mouths already one them, ready for smooth animation. Smooth head animation, ect. You can even change how fast you want the head movement to be by changing the wait time blocks. This is the engine.
