This is Misterjaw, he was made in 1976 as a parody of the Jaws film, he was created by DePatie-Freleng Enterprises and director Robert McKimson (who directed all his cartoons) he first was shown as an all new segment for "The Pink Panther Laugh & A Half Hour & A Half Show"
