Gender: Female Known relatives: Lynette Barado(Alabaster)(Mother), Oruden Barado(Father), Silas Charlotte (adoptive parent/mentor) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- LORE: Rio Barado was born after the fall of the Malwar Empire and the loop was nullified. Raised by her parents until the age of five on a planet called Aethel, which her father said reminded him of the fairy tales from earth while it existed. In this time, much to her parents relief, she didn't manifest a Remnant and her parents barely used their Remnants anymore anyway. When she turned six, she started hearing a calming voice in her head, the voice told her not to tell her parents about it so they didn't worry, being the naive little girl she was at the time, she listened. The voice would wake her up at specific times during the Aethel nights, Telling her to pickup a stick and just swing it like her mother does her sword until the voice tells her to stop. A few months would pass of this, where the voice suddenly says to do something different: to focus on a tree down the hill, and swing the stick at it without touching it, he did as she was told and suddenly the tree wasn't there, no burn marks, no big cuts, no nothing... Where the tree was at, the grass was grown as if it was always been like that. This was the first "Fragmentum", abilities made from bits of Remnants(in this case Lynette's "Threads" and Oruden's "Assimilate") that took the bare concept of those abilities and smushed them together vaguely. Rio's Fragmentum let her choose literally anything, whether it be a concept, a unbreakable metal, or the idea of the distance between places, and simply erase it(or as she does later, focus that energy into a slash that would sever that thing from itself) it wasn't a gifted ability or a special power, it was part of her, the only way to get rid of it or nullify being to kill her.. her parents then died a year later by a Plotbreaker, the first one to become active, Rio then easily defeated it with her Ability, but she didn't do it quick enough and was all alone, the little house and planet burning. She was taken in by one of her mother's associates, a bounty hunter named Silas Charlotte. She took a small cracked bit of her mother's tail blade with her, where she would secretly focus her power into the sharp fragment, and cut herself over and over, her power getting rid of emotion, pain, age, the idea of being broken or immobile, the idea of being defeated or killed by the first five attacks of her opponents... Modern day she wanders the dimensions, multiverses, and alternative timelines, utterly demolishing anything that tries to get rid of her or mess with her, even defeating and killing a Omnipotent god by separating the concept and idea of omnipotence from the god..
