Welcome to Miderria, a Roleplay as well as a map. This RP takes place on the most northeast point of the entire world, on which other countries could thrive. Starting Date: Undetermined (Democracy will fix this) Starting year: 500 AD Current year: 500 AD 1 IRL day = 20 RP years SIGN-UPS: Remix this project, add your nation, and add lore (optional), government, and your country name to the instructions box. I will give you land that'll be reasonable for a tribe to come together and become a country. I must approve of the sign-up before you can join (Normally I will say yes under some circumstances) because if something is too abnormal or advanced, I can veto the sign-up, so keep that in mind. There will not be any lore to make everything feel a little more basic, and free to so whatever. BIOMES: Very light green - Arid grasslands - abundance of shrubs, grasses, and seeds. Ideal for crop growth. There, like plains, are Rabbits and Prairie dogs, but less abundant. However, beware of Hawks Regular Green - Plains - abundance of grasses, and small trees. Crops can be grown here through irrigation. Rabbits and Prairie dogs are abundant here, but there isn't much of a food source. Dark Green - deciduous forests - lots of trees, but they'll block the sunlight from crops, so keep that in mind when your nation wants to plant crops. Beware, because there is hostile fauna such as bears, mountain lions, and hawks. Squirrels, other birds, and small deer are some source of food here Darker Green - Boreal forests / Tiaga - Again, lots of trees (if not more than deciduous forests), but it's also very cold, and the ground freezes to about 5 feet below the ground, which makes growing crops difficult, but still possible. Beware the fauna found here such as bears, mountain lions, and wolves. Moose and deer are a good food source here, as well as mosses. Tan - Sand / desert - You can find driftwood, sticks, or bushes here, but since everything is sandy and dry, crops are difficult to be grown, and there also isn't a lot of livestock (Except for camels). However, beware of Hawks. Reddish - Mesa Plateau - Several resources and clay can be found here, although not much grows here except for bushes and other small plants. Rabbits, and some songbirds are food sources, but beware coyotes and hawks. Light gray - Stone / low hills - you can find many resources here, but it's impossible to grow crops. However, caribou or other hardy animals can be found. Traveling polar bears can be found here, so beware. White - Ice cap / Mountain / Snowy Taiga / Tundra - Very hostile environments, but rich in resources. It's possible to maintain a population here if your country is native here, but otherwise it's almost impossible to survive. However, Musk ox, and arctic hares live here. But also beware of Polar bears, and wolves. Light Blue - Shallow oceans - You can use boats to gather fish here, and the weather is pretty good, not much winds. Fish, sea grass, and (sometimes) coral reefs can be found here, and there's little danger Blue - Oceans - You can find large fish and even meet other countries out here, but beware of sharks. The oceans can also contain hostile weather, so beware. COUNTRIES: If I don't get to your country for some reason, please let me know on my account, or @DementedCartoonUser (My main). Lakonian Empire - @Averageamerican1776 LORE: The Lakonian Peoples are masters in shipbuilding and their economy centers around it. They've had their sights on the other islands of the lake but they aren't a war civilization, alliances are more their taste. GOVERNMENT: Absolute Monarchy Population: 5000 | Economy: 2000 | Crops: 5000 ----------------------------------------------------------- Probably the most active host ever. Look at EST time
