The Finnish commonwealth broke out into a civil war after the UFFC collapsed. The main factions are: The monarchists, The ultrafedalists, The radiant supporters, and the *communists*. The Monarchists want the old empire back they want to be a part of the holy axis. the ultrafedalists are the current government and want to stay part of the triple axis. they also want revenge on the GCC. The Radiants want to be a part of the Radiant compact and be puppets of the Radiant Empire. The *communists want revenge on the empire's old enemies but they also want to be part of A.state*. the gasi supporter wants to be part of the terminal-idk what that is.
You can send military aid or civilian aid but you can't send mercenaries. (you can train troops though) You also can't get involved. If you want to create a new faction You have to explain how that faction works.
