it is made by 1. having all characters looking sideways 2. having all people have a black outline around them (usually 2.5 or 2) 3. having no overly complex design( this means not being extremely extremely detailed usually this rule is for clothing) 4. using a noob (from roblox) as it's base model.
also they don't have to follow the rules exactly also the noobs are just here as an example
