The countries that helped with the terraforming were automatically gifted land. Mercury is now open to colonizing. Lykos and Pronomos, the 2 new moons of Mercury. 2 asteroids were selected, and brought into Mercury's orbit, then terraformed.
RULES ABOUT COLONIZING: 1. Take a reasonable amount of land. Don't just take the whole planet, or an unreasonably large chunk. The size should be around the same size as the colonies already present. (Except, since I started the colonization, I took a little bit more.) 2. If you're Madrid, you're banned from Mercury and both of its moons. This is because you're insane and a dictatorship, and we do not want that on Mercury. 3. All nations (Except Madrid) are welcome. 4. In order to colonize, remix the project with your land. Do not take land from others, as this means you are declaring war.
