Article II – Return to Pre-War Borders All forces will withdraw to their original positions prior to the conflict. No territory, colony, station, or asset shall be retained or annexed by either side. This is a strict return to status quo ante bellum. Article III – No Claim of Victory Neither GASI nor UIS shall claim victory, superiority, or defeat of the other. All official records shall refer to the war as inconclusive. Article IV – War Reparations No war reparations or compensation shall be required from either party. Each side will assume responsibility for internal reconstruction and losses. Article V – Diplomatic Conduct and Arbitration Future disputes between GASI and UIS must be resolved through diplomatic channels, with arbitration overseen by the Orion Accord Tribunal. Hostilities may not resume for a minimum period of five galactic cycles. Article VI – Reconstruction and Stability Both factions commit to internal de-escalation, civilian recovery, and diplomatic restraint. Efforts will be made to rebuild strained trade and communication channels under neutral supervision.
