This program will randomly generate an acceleration due to gravity (Acceleration of Gravity), a platform height (Initial Height of Cat), and x position of the Target. The target will always have the same y position at -150 (this is ground level). With this information, your job is to use the physics equations given to figure out what Horizontal Velocity the Cat needs to hit the target. Click the Green Flag. Press P to begin a new game Then press the Spacebar when you are ready to enter the Horizontal Velocity. You win when your score reaches 10 points. You lose if your score drops to 0 points. Points based on Accuracy. (Hitting the center dot on the Target): Perfect (Error = 0): +2 points Close (0 < Error < .3): +1 point Oops ( .3 <= Error < 1) -1 point Come On (Error >= 1) -2 point This program is a work in progress.
