Its....That side of relics personality if you tick him off....since relic is already highly paranoid due to the lack of sleep caused by his nightmares....so ticking him off releases this mass amount of dark energy know as Chaos remnants,which triggers a parallel Entity to take over relics body mind and control.[So basicly this is not relic bruh,and he's gonn stay like this till Blackout finds a way to calm this feral demon down]
