This railroad will be called the Union Pacific Freight Line (UPFL). NO NATIONS SHALL ATTACK ANY VESSEL MOVING ON THIS LINE, NO MATTER WHAT NATION OR MILITARY FORCE THE VESSEL FLIES UNDER. IT SHALL NOT BE ENGAGED APPON! IF ANY VESSEL IS ATTACKED WHILE IT IS MOVING ALONG THE LINE, IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN ACT OF WAR! All Military vehicles running the line must gain the proper access and permission before moving through a nation; remember that a NO is a NO. There are multiple checkpoints along the line that are in place before entering certain nations; all vehicles that are not used for purely freight hauling must alert the nation of their entering and gain jurisdiction for moving military vehicles through the line.
