File: Organism: Giant vacuumfish Height: 3 meters Length: 20 meters Weight: 30 kg Description: Though these fish look like a lamprey, they are not parasites. Instead, they filter feeders, using their mouth to stick on things, and suck in food like a vacuum via a special organ located inside their neck. To help with this, they have baleen that helps trap microrganisms, and extremely large eyes, which lets them spot food much better than nearly any other creature on the planet. The vacuumfish have also formed several mutualistic relationships with larger creatures, especially leviathans. They help the leviathans clean their body by sucking in parasites and other dirty objects, while the leviathan leave some of their food for the vacuumfish and protect them. As a result, multiple people call them "the remoras of leviathans." But just like on Earth, mutualistic relationships is not always the case, as desperate or highly aggressive leviathans like the star leviathan might try to attack or even consume the vacuumfish.
