the убийца translates to "killer" in russian it is based off the blueprints of the time traveler it is made out of tungsten carbide,which is an alloy (a material that is made of multiple metals maybe with some non-metals,think of steel or brass) .the electricity runs through underground wires.to fire for one minute it take 1250 watts which is about the same amount as a house does in an hour. the убийца fire pellets that are 4 cm in diameter,currently they are made of steel but plans to use better materials is on the way,the pellets are stored in the barrel on top of the machine . the machine can rotate but is currently not portable, but there is plans on how to make a portable version soon
