This is the Leadership of the League of Nations, the Monk Council. 12 Monks and an Arch-Monk. Each of the monk represents a nation in the League of Nations. Each of these Monks has control over their countries like a King would, but important decisions to the League would be voted on by the Monk Council and the Arch-Monk. The one who holds the council together is one who wields much respect. The Arch-Monk. The Arch-Monk has a limit on their one term which lasts 8 years, though in times of crisis, it can be lengthened to be longer than 8 years. Due to threats of rebellion, the Arch-Monk's term was lengthened, and the current Arch-Monk has reigned for 13 years. But, since a Civil War in we won just ended, the Arch-Monk is expected to step down soon.
