I normally do digital art on my iPad, using an app that is actually for drawing and an apple pencil. I drew this on my Chromebook, using Canva (A website for making presentations, not drawing). Art of my Rain World OC Arcturus sleeping in a shelter. The green parts glow, if you couldn't tell :P
