With this, Pazima and Prachetas are in the most populated city, PeakTop City, to celebrate the banishing of Team Blister, alongside the two of the three "starters". (Prachetas and Pazima come in "Pokemon Soenn: Electric Evil" while the three starters come in "Pokemon Soenn: Viels of Shadow". these two occurr in the same universe, though.)
