CCOW workshop: Scratch in the Primary Schools activity This activity is designed to give students a chance to add to the project by drawing sprites of their favorite food or drink. When they create the drawing or add a sprite, they will notice that it will appear at the start of the slideshow. This will prompt a discussion about hiding the graphics until the drawing board comes up. A discussion of the Control block for 'wait' time or the option of using Broadcast and Receive blocks will be discussed. This activity can be done with a small group on an interactive board or on the computer desktop. Images: My own images taken in Lee, MA.
