Melissa is a wolf who admires Taka and cosplays as him. She also is a sorceress and is very kind but Belle points out that her dad defeated the original Taka and is worried about Melissa getting hurt by him and Derrick sometimes shoots her in the arm but she doesn't feel any pain. (She is not a genderbend or relative to Taka if that's what you're thinking.) She also wears one of the peices of Taka's shattered obsidian on her necklace which is what gave her powers and one of them is making hallucinations.
