[This was being prepared weeks before the war declarations] Due to the threats our allies face due to the lack of certain infrastructure and systems, our experienced engineering corps will be sent to them to help with the building. (ex: Tunnels, bunkers, forts etc.)
They've been transported through friendly routes to help with mostly construction. But don't be fooled, they are certainly still capable of fighting back if ever needed.
