Just to let you know, here's the math: Base^X = 10^X in the base system, and for Decimal wholes in an Irrational Base system\ I basically subtract that whole in the decimal system by the Closest Power of the base number in decimal system form, then add the difference to that power of base number in that base system. If you don't understand (which I also am confused) Here's an example: 4 in pinary = ~10.85, because 4 - ~3.14 = ~0.85, and ~0.85 + 10 (pinary) = ~10.85
