[ tw: animation contains animal abandonment ] first part of my entry, woohoo! this took me multiple hours. i'll give you a run down of what is happening below. i pretty much drew multiple scenes just for this animation. 'too long on the ground' sheep dogs herding sheep on the farm 'you wanna be one of them?' poppy watching in awe, inable to wait to become a sheep dog herself. 'woah now' poppy staring is disbelief 'tell me we're you're going, tell me where you're headed' poppy's owner driving off, leaving her stranded. backstory summary: poppy was raised on a sheep farm and was initially bought to become a sheepdog. she ended up being terrible at the task and was taking up kennel space, therefore her owners decided to abandon her, inable to see her use. see my upcoming entries for more on her backstory!
