The AI software I usually use to write the dialogue is making it harder for me to keep making AI Sponge: Kids Edition, because it’s now refusing to generate some of the prompts I give it for copyright reasons, which it didn’t do before. I tried generating a prompt by telling it to make up characters similar (but not exactly like) the SpongeBob chacaters, but it just didn’t feel the same. Also, the AI software I normally use that’s keeping me from making these conversations is Microsoft Copilot, and while I could switch to ChatGPT or another software if I had to, I don’t really want to. In my opinion, Copilot generates better stuff than ChatGPT, and Copilot also has special features built into it that make it safer and more secure. Now I’m unsure of what to do. I’m torn between just canceling it so that I have more time and energy for other things and finding a way to keep such a good and fun thing going longer. If I do cancel it, even though it will be a sad thing, I have ideas for other projects that may cause you to dive right into Bikini Bottom. For example, I thought about making a game where you walk around Bikini Bottom and talk to people while playing as SpongeBob. I guess, to sum this up, I just wanted to let you guys know that AI Sponge: Kids Edition may get cancelled, but I might end up making something else fun for you!
