Originally, the plot was that P-body plays the Star Wars theme song in order to wake up ATLAS from sleeping in, but that plot was scrapped. The current plot is that Wheatley is tired of being stuck in space with the Space Core, so a console command menu types a command to summon the Millennium Falcon from Star Wars to pick up the Space Core.
