the kurlandian government seeks asks the lunar order for some land on Mars .if it succeeds the new land will be called Nemerralan (or HEЪMEPPAЛAH in kurlandian) .it will be ruled by Mikhail diazski (half Hispanic half slavic person).the capital city will be called Moskvagrad (MOЪCKBAГPAД in kurlandian).the kurlandian government has promised not to take any more land as of right now. kurlandian promises to bring livestock and people to the planet and sell the livestock to other nations to help out with building up mars . also Nemerralan setting up roads to help transportation .also kurlandia wants to boost relations with the lunar order.so maybe this is a good way to start .so may kurlandian get these claims . thank you
