What do you do when your emotions feel overwhelming? What do you do to try to feel better? Whether it's meditation, drawing, journaling, going for a walk, or simply taking a moment to breathe, this studio encourages you to create projects to share strategies and tools to help you and others work through various emotions. By sharing and exploring different approaches, we all learn valuable ways to find our calm. How does this help with wellbeing? Learning to understand and manage your feelings helps you gain the ability to take a step back, relax, and feel okay. It's like being the captain of your own emotional ship, steering through both sunny and stormy weather! Looking for inspiration for your project? - Create a project to share your favorite way to relax and calm your feelings. - Create a simulation game that guides others through a soothing breathing exercise. - Develop an interactive story that journeys through emotions, offering strategies to relax. - Design artwork that represents what peace and calmness mean to you. - Share a story of a character going through an emotional challenge and how they worked through it. - Design an idea generator project with different ideas, tips, or techniques others can try when wanting to relax. Remember, these are only suggestions! You are welcome to come up with your own ideas as well, or take inspiration from projects already in the studio.
