1) Astro will be Void's puppet 2) Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia will be for new players only. 3) Philia will be relocated out of PU 4) Void will get the rest of the lands. 5) Astro's military will be limited to 1200 troops. 6) Astro and Philia will not rebel If any of these are broken, they will be tried and imprisoned for up to 60 years.
