The 4th Callistioan Revolution has escalated further, with a Nuclear Detonation on the Ganymedian State Capital, Galilea Minor. How this happened, nobody truly knows, but there has been catastrophic effects on Ganymede itself, with gamma radiation spanning an area equal to that of Austria, and a crater the size of San Marino. Callistioan forces followed up with repeated bombings across Ganymede, while the Commonwealth of Jupiter is descending into a state of panic due to the lack of proper military equipment, with most Adrestrian Military Equipment having been distributed among former colonies earlier. Haruna Takamori has also began enforcing Martial Law in order to maintain stability among the population.
