Click and hold to zoom. This commented remix is intended to illustrate a simple and useful situation where the linear equation can be use in Scratch (or any) programming. Have a look inside. The idea is, you have two known points, where you know (for instance) the size and y-position you want for your sprite, and use the linear equation to calculate all points in the transition, or zoom.
