this sequence is a request by @Calve1981 for his what if doctor who wasn't axed series this sequence since 2003 was and marks the 40th anniversary of doctor who, I wanted to take it back to it's roots, but no face sadly (for some reason i am doing blue vortexes, i don't know why).
