i have sent more than 4 emails to scratch team already and STILL NO RESPONSE... that account held most of the important things used for certain large projects and i cannot do anything without these important resources and it has been blocked since 17TH SEPTEMBER, 2024..... more than 6 months since that was blocked. i just want to get this account back.
