I made these two little guys in Flash earlier. The first one is named Snowstorm. brother [and male version] of Snowball. his mouth cannot repel emotions. The 2nd one was made from memory. his name is Sparker. The stars represent how special he is. He has High bright eyes and a smile so large it cannot repel emotions. he has no tail. instead of using tail, e has bouncy feet. he bounces around while walking . he has an incredibly high hopping ability.
