Here's something I've been imagining. I imagine a pitch pilot for Arthur produced by Cookie Jar Group (then known as CINAR) in 1988. It would be pitched to PBS in 1994 & turned into the show we know by 1995. The pilot would be an early pitch version of "Arthur's Eyes".
