So yesterday I was watching a video about a dub of Pingu where the characters speak (broken) English. It was made in South Korea & released on 6 VHS tapes in 2000 to teach Korean kids English. Now, I started thinking... what if the people who made the English Pingu dub did Oggy and the Cockroaches as well? I imagine this English dub to be made in South Korea for Korean kids to learn English, just like Pingu. It would also be exclusive in Korea to VHS tapes released between 2001 & 2002. Unlike English Pingu, I imagine English OatC to be mostly accurate. Only the first 12 episodes of Season 2 & the entirety of Season 1 would be covered.
