This is my create a cat program! One a week or so, I will post a outline of a *blank* cat, and based on the order of the comments, everyone will decide what features the cat will have! Then I will proceed to draw the cat, and post it! HERE IS THE ORDER OF THE COMMENTS AND WHAT FEATURES THEY DECIDE!!!
