____History____________ A couple decades after the Cemnians had settled in their new land, they grew a mistrust to Empyrean culture, as their beleifs became for a limited society. The Cemnian colony was not yet its own country and when they realized Empyrean had stopped sending supply ships to their colony due to wars and expansion, they rebelled. (And after that, of course, Empyrean and the Cemnians had a bloody war! (And after that they were friends!) ) Cemnians adopted a culture similar to Empyrean's except combuining the creation of Earth with water. After many years of peace and quiet, it was stopped. By Vicous Vakians! The Vakians wanted to seize land from the growing country for... For whatever reason. I forget honestly. Anyway, the Vakians tried to break through the young colony's defenses, but flopped miserably. At the time, Haven was engulfing many countries, and destroying cultures. Vakia asked Cemnia to form a truce, thus forming the Gorod Ochestva pact (And after that they were friends!) The Pact only grew with each newcomer colony, and soon, the Pact grew against Haven. _____________________________________________
