What was supposed to be at the end of the monarch reference was going to be a small section of ...'s theme that would then lead up to the last part. The reason as to why BF persisted for so long in rerun is actually because he's entertaining TDC X, and knew that the blue haired kid is still alive because of GF after skulls & scars, so rather than killing boyfriend right away, he went after girlfriend and killed her so nothing is keeping boyfriend alive. That's exactly why TDC X is considered to be a smart### in the original story,
