Hello hello and welcome to Mop's first (and hopefully not only) litter! This kit will be parented by Opalglory of Cavernclan and Morninglight of Seaclan. She will be raised in Cavernclan, but once she reaches apprentice-age she may choose to live in whichever clan she desires. Now let's dive into it! ------------------------------------------ Opalglory's parenting style: Pal grew up under the prideful gaze of Rumblingstar. She had her littermates and Shadowsmile but that was it. She doesn't remember her mother at all, and has no idea what a mother should behave like. She also lacks maternal instincts. She cares for her kits, but she isn't very protective of them and tends to be quite distant. Opalglory will encourage the kits to devote their energy to the clan, but ultimately that's her only firm principle she will instill in them. Also due to the fact she's a hybrid and can't see in the dark, she would encourage Pearlkit to move to Seaclan as soon as possible. Morninglight's parenting style: Morn is a fiercely loving father. He loves his kits almost more than life itself, and will do anything to make them happy. Morn will have a hard time allowing them to get in trouble, but he's always up for the occasional prank. He has a hard time with his kids leaving due to past situations and might be uncomfortable when his kits leave camp and stuff. He loves to teach them things like battle tactics and strategy ( mostly because he doesn't want them to get hurt), and will thoroughly educate them in the ways of his clan. Due to Pearlkit's birth, she might not come to see him until she's an apprentice, but he will still love her just as much and try to help her in her life. ------------------------------------------ Rules: - No shaming yourself or others. - Please try and be active. Pearlkit - AFAB - will grow to be 12.5" tall - abilities: can swim very well, lacks a shadow + reflection Like the sea itself, Pearlkit has a glossy overlay on her coat. She also has a palette resembling her mother's, sporting her violet-gray and cream-gray fur.
