It's called Online Sequencer, and I have some mixed feelings about it. I found it while I was trying to recreate a sped-up version Lotus Waters from Yume 2kki (the one you hear in Frutiger Aero playlists. The song I'm refering too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NpFeaDFIdQE (copy and paste in search bar) While this does provide me with different instruments (like better drum sounds) and a bit more freedom on where I place notes I feel like there is less instruments compared to BeepBox. That could be because I haven't made an account, (because there's options to login/register) and it's locking instruments behind it. There's also ads and more visual clutter compared to BeepBox and it's a bit more confusing to use but both of these problems are not that big of a deal. So I recreated Dance Slow-Mo to get familiar with it, I tried hard to make it sound like the original, but I ended up making an orchestra remix. Not sure what I'll use this for or if I'll use it much at all. I mean at least I don't need FL studio for now!
