While trying to comfort her friend Sil, who's parents were killed by Spawn, Rose gets a phone call. On the other end is a hamster named Purple, who pretends to be Cookie Inspector Purpell. Plus, Purple diguises her voice in a fake French accent. Sil watches Rose handle the fake phone call. Purple's voice is the fake French voice, and Rose's voice is the normal voice. Turn up the volume to hear it, but I reccomend at sound level 41 to sound level 32.
