Ok, first it's an old world tarantula/funnel web/ trapdoor spider. And no, the leaf litter isn't stupid big, and the spider is about the size of my thumb
i found this spider under a big, circular rock. when i opened the rock, it faced backwards, making it look like a little mole:) but yes, this spider is collected in central java. this photo was captured in semarang but it wasn't where i caught it. it weaved a web and i sort of remembered its shape but idk,
