Stats: Height: 13 meters Length: 24 meters Weight: 32 metric tons The lore: The last surviving member of its species, Gojira was worshipped as a deity by the villagers of Odo Island. Its name was derived from its massive size and aquatic traits, akin to a whale, and its strength that could match even a gorilla’s. Though once only known by the villagers, Gojira’s story would spread when Japanese solider Kyohei Yamane discovered ancient remains of its kind. One night, a member of Yamane’s team would accidentally provoke Gojira, panicking upon the mere sight of it. This caused the enraged creature to attack the soldiers, killing most of them and leaving only two injured survivors: Yamane himself and his closest colleague Daisuke Serisawa. The Japanese government would immediately conceal this horrifying incident in order to avoid panic from the masses, the cover up being the soldiers getting wiped out by American forces. Gojira and its story would quickly fade into obscurity, with only Serizawa and Yamane being the ones who had interest in the creature. As for Gojira itself, it continued its usual life on Odo island on Odo Island in peace. Little did the world know however, that creature would soon become an gargantuan, unstoppable monster which will take thousands upon thousands of lives, and it will be all humanity’s fault…
