The scratcher you are voting for must have uploaded at least 10 projects. You must have uploaded 5 projects to enter. You cannot make random projects just so you can enter. The scratcher you are voting for must have been scratching for 1 week at least. You can vote for me. You cannot vote for more than 5 times.
