The Finnish Commonwealth High Command gathered within the orbital fortress Vigilance, just above Site-01, Earth’s last line of defense. Project void was a fail. And now, Operation Eclipse had begun — a full military expedition into the Void itself. The mission: identify how the Void beasts were breaching dimensions… and stop them at the source. Leading the expedition was Grand Admiral Eero Salonen a man of unbreakable will and a prosthetic right arm forged from Voidium — the only known substance that could resist the creatures of that realm. His new ship, the CNS Vanguard, would spearhead the fleet into Zone 1: The Entrance Zone. Thousands of ships, battle-hardened soldiers, AI drones, and what was of the Voidium-powered tanks passed through the shimmering black gateway — the tear in space sealed with reinforced energy pylons. The journey began. Chapter 2: Zone 1 - Shadows and Kittens Zone 1 was… oddly calm. The purple haze drifted gently like mist. Massive mining drills hummed on the rock-like crust, guarded by towering artillery turrets and patrol drones. Strange little creatures — Void Kittens — meowed curiously as troops disembarked. One even tried to pounce on a marine’s targeting laser, much to the alarm of the operators until they realized these adorable anomalies posed no threat. Feedingg them string cheese quickly made them loyal companions. But the calm didn’t last. Two Voidlings appeared out of nowhere — tall, lanky silhouettes with arms too long to make sense. One slammed a research truck into the abyss with a single strike. Panic erupted. Autoturrets opened fire, but the bullets passed through them like mist. Only when the Vanguard’s heavy tanks rolled into position did the Voidlings flee, shrieking into the fog. The tanks stayed on patrol after that. The Voidlings never came back. A sudden tear appeared in the sky above Zone 1. Out of it poured a corruption not yet seen — whispers in the minds of the crew, static on every communication channel, gravity twisting randomly. A single encrypted message was intercepted from Zone 2 — classified transmissions thought impossible to receive. “Do not come. Titans awake. No light survives. No gods. Only eyes. Grand Admiral Eero Salonen made the call. Despite the restrictions, a recon drone was deployed into Zone 2: The Void Titan Zone. It was destroyed in exactly 0.6 seconds. No image. No sound. Only the final frame: a vast black shape… dozens of kilometers long, stretching through space like a living continent. Then: silence. And then the scream. From the mists came the first Void Shadow Titan. It was bigger than any ship. Moving in complete silence, it brushed past the outer fleet, disintegrating hulls with a brush of its ethereal limb. No weapon had effect. Not lasers. Not nukes. Not Voidium-tipped railguns. It phased through them like air. It moved like a monster so large that no dreadnought could match its size.
