The failure of Madrid to comply with these terms shall result in an official justification for war of the UltraFederation of Sol against Madrid: 1.Madrid pulls all their soldiers and military equipment out of Unificationist-controlled North Africa 2.Madrid ceases all military activities in Africa that have not been explicitly allowed by the state in which they are conducting them 3. Madrid promises never to launch an invasion of a Unificationist state or member of the UltraFederation of Sol again

Madrid, unless you want to feel the military power of the entire UltraFederation (+ the IDDTO if they agree), and the African defence league initiated by Octavia, back down from your invasion.
