This was originally hosted by @s-MERLIN , my friend, and is to busy to organize this! [ contents ] 1 . what is an collab OTA? 2 . rules 3 . tent scale 4 . designs 5 . ping list 6 . credits [ 1 . what is an collab OTA? ] An OTA stands for Offer To Adopt! It’s where you offer art and/or designs for a character you like. In a collab OTA, multiple designers put in designs ina single OTA. Once you’ve been accepted by the designer, you will have a specific time frame to complete the art that you’ve offered/payments. [ 2 . rules ] — please read + follow all the rules! — please fill in the form — some of these original designers may be inactive, so I will be accepting offers for them :) — don’t guilt trip like ‘oh my art is not good enough to be accepted for this design’ — this isn’t first come first serve; the designers will be picking the person’ art they like the most, not the person who offered first (usually) — please DO NOT claim the character/use the character as your own without finishing your payments! — you have 3 months to complete your payments, and if you are unable to complete them, the character will be put back up as open, and you will lose your spot, unless the designer gives you an extension — remixing for payments is preferable, but if you can’t for some reason link the designer your payments ^^ — if a designer doesn’t respond to an offer for a long time, it is a polite no. cxdxwxrd is marlin, hide it! — CREDIT DESIGNERS FOR THEIR DESIGN otherwise they will likely take the design back immediately — you can offer for as many designs as you’d like, but only accepted for one, for fairness. If multiple designers accept your offer, pick one :) — don’t over offer (15 busts, 5 scenes, 6 character refs, etc….) or under offer (1 headshot, 1 fullbody) please — quality > quantity!! — please please please follow each designer’s TOS for their designs once accepted! — if you’d like to be notified once a character opens up, ask to be added to the ping list — form(post under correct character thread ^^): username w/o @ ✧ your offer (if you’re auto buying us write autobuy) ✧ 2+ art/design examples ✧ codeword ✧ what you prefer drawing ✧ questions/comments/concerns [ 3 . tent scale ] (don’t take this took word for word; it’s just a way of showing how attached designers are to a character!
