M's done for... This is in M's nightmare, which is at the beginning of his own episode. After he tries to save the dying letters, he encounters this PQVX hybrid. He then runs for dear life. However, the PQVX monster can speed Up It’s Running, M then can't run any longer and the monster catches up to him. But before the monster can slash him with the axe, M wakes up.
